Overview
Fabric Engineer – Central London – £34,000, Mon to Fri
A hands on fabric maintenance role across a busy commercial site. Good fit for someone who takes pride in finishing, presentation, and consistent delivery.
Responsibilities
- Completing planned and reactive fabric maintenance
- Basic plumbing repairs, taps, toilets, and minor blockages
- Carpentry repairs, doors, locks, hinges, and furniture
- Painting, decorating, and making good works
- Ceiling tile replacement and minor flooring repairs
- Supporting minor office moves and client requests
- Completing PPM tasks and inspections
- Updating job sheets and site records
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
- Strong fabric maintenance experience in commercial buildings
- Good finishing standards and safe working habits
- Comfortable in customer facing areas
- Reliable admin and job sheet updates
