Fabric Engineer – Central London – £34,000, Mon to Fri

A hands on fabric maintenance role across a busy commercial site. Good fit for someone who takes pride in finishing, presentation, and consistent delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Completing planned and reactive fabric maintenance
  • Basic plumbing repairs, taps, toilets, and minor blockages
  • Carpentry repairs, doors, locks, hinges, and furniture
  • Painting, decorating, and making good works
  • Ceiling tile replacement and minor flooring repairs
  • Supporting minor office moves and client requests
  • Completing PPM tasks and inspections
  • Updating job sheets and site records

Qualifications

  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
  • Strong fabric maintenance experience in commercial buildings
  • Good finishing standards and safe working habits
  • Comfortable in customer facing areas
  • Reliable admin and job sheet updates
