I am looking to speak with experienced Estate Managers who are looking to join one of the largest property development companies in the UK. This is a permanent London based role, salary is £60k per annum dependent on experience with an excellent pension & benefits scheme.

The role is to manage a large mixed use estate including communal spaces, retail with over 1 million sq ft of office space in London. Working alongside an established team you will be responsible for ensuring that Estate areas are well presented and are clean, safe, and secure, by coordinating the fabric, cleaning, security, landscaping, maintenance, life sciences and events team’s activities. This role would suit someone with strong estate management & Service charge experience.

Job Role:
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, neighbours, and contractors to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Oversee service charge budgets, contracts, and service providers (security, M&E, cleaning, landscaping, waste).
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Lead on sustainability, waste strategy, and biodiversity initiatives.
  • Support lab and innovation space operations in collaboration with science specialists.
  • Manage maintenance, infrastructure, and capital works across the Estate.
  • Drive occupier engagement and support marketing and seasonal activations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing on-site operations team.
Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in estate or facilities management, ideally within mixed-use or science campuses.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, service charge budgeting, and sustainability practices.
  • 3rd Party/Contractor Management Contract Management /Fabric Management & project management experience.
