Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer London 55,000 per annum + Company Vehicle ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial gas, heating and hot water systems across a varied portfolio of commercial sites. The Role * Service, maintain and repair commercial gas heating systems and appliances * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client sites * Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on boilers and combustion systems * Complete servicing, testing and gas compliance works * Respond to callouts during working hours and participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota * Complete accurate job reports, compliance documentation and certification * Liaise with the FM Helpdesk, Contract Manager and clients regarding works and job progress * Provide technical advice and recommendations where required * Carry out associated heating and mechanical works * Maintain high standards of health
