The predicted salary is between 37300 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Salary: Up to 41,200 depending on experience, plus overtime and call-out payments

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Thurrock

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Technician to join a professional facilities maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced commercial environment, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs to ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across the site
  • Complete a range of building fabric tasks including carpentry, painting and decorating, basic plumbing, patch repairs and flooring maintenance
  • Support the wider engineering team with maintenance activities when required
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety regulations
