We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing and reputable facilities maintenance team covering North London and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial properties.
- Service and maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and associated mechanical plant.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
- Complete routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients and site personnel professionally.
- Accurately complete maintenance reports and job sheets.
- Proven experience in a Mechanical Maintenance or Mobile Engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building services and mechanical plant.
- Experience working on pumps, motors, HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated equipment.
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday working hours (8am – 5pm).
