This is a days and nights continental shift role offering a strong salary and long-term stability within a well-established FM organisation.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems\\n\\n * Operate and maintain LV electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, UPS, generators, and switchgear\\n\\n * Electrical fault finding, repairs, and first-line response to breakdowns\\n\\n * Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and site procedures\\n\\n * Complete permits, logbooks, and maintenance documentation accurately\\n\\n * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and on-site engineering teams\\n\\n * Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial or critical environment\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of building services electrical systems\\n\\n * Electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)\\n\\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)\\n\\n * Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance\\n\\n * Willingness to work a continental shift pattern including days and nights\\n\\n * Good communication skills and a professional approach\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\n * £55,000 basic salary\\n\\n * Continental shift pattern (days & nights)\\n\\n * Working for a large, reputable FM company\\n\\n * Training and development opportunities\\n\\n * Long-term job security on a high-profile contract
