What You’ll Be Doing

  • Completing planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems
  • Responding to reactive faults and completing repairs
  • Fault finding on lighting circuits, small power, containment, and distribution boards
  • Testing emergency lighting and completing basic compliance checks
  • Supporting statutory tasks and site shutdown windows
  • Completing remedial works raised from audits and inspections
  • Updating logbooks, job sheets, and site records
  • Liaising with building management, security, and specialist subcontractors

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 3
  • AM2
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection as a bonus
