Invictus are recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious sporting venue in South West London. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months before being reviewed for extension, with a possibility of going permanent.
You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.
Job RoleThe position is a Monday to Friday 8-5 role and it will be paying up to £26 per hour with overtime opportunities available. This role has an opportunity to go permanent. There is also free parking on site and free lunch provided by the onsite catering team.
Duties- Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
- Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
- Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
- Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.
Skills RequiredThe successful candidate MUST have:
- Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.
- Must have 18th edition
- Must have Level 3 Electrical installation
- Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
