A leading facilities management company is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join their maintenance team at a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile environment, delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance within a modern and fast-paced building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all electrical systems and equipment.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault-finding.
- Support other engineering staff and contractors on site.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation / Engineering.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building services systems.
