A leading facilities management company is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join their maintenance team at a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile environment, delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance within a modern and fast-paced building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all electrical systems and equipment.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault-finding.
  • Support other engineering staff and contractors on site.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation / Engineering.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building services systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
