We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established facilities team based at a static corporate office site in East Kilbride. This is a Monday-Friday role offering excellent work-life balance, a stable environment, and long-term career prospects.
The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office site
- Electrical maintenance as the primary discipline
- Supporting mechanical tasks where required (desirable but not essential)
- Working within a professional, client-facing environment
- Participation in a call-out rota after 6 months
What We’re Looking For
- M&E Engineer with a strong electrical bias
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition qualification
- Additional skills such as plumbing / L8 (Legionella) highly desirable
- Experience in a commercial or corporate building environment preferred
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £38,000 per annum (with flexibility up to £42,000 for the right candidate)
- Monday to Friday only
- Flexible working hours: 7:00-4:00, 8:00-5:00, 9:00-6:00
- No weekend work
- Call-out rota after 6 months
- Stable, static site - no travel between locations
