Are you an experienced and dynamic property manager with a passion for property management? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy who are looking to grow their team by hiring an Associate management surveyor in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Bristol & surrounding areas.

Job Role:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
  • Require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.
  • Work closely with the property accounts team to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately.
  • Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues is paramount to your success.
  • Prepare formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, quarterly, annually, and on an ad hoc basis.
  • Working closely with both tenants and clients, you will ensure all rental and other income is administered and recorded correctly.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent and professional communication skills with the ability to build gravitas amongst clients is also paramount.
  • Previous experience working in the property management arena.
  • MRICS is preferred but not essential.
