Data Centre Shift Leader – Harlow – 60k + Package Are you an experienced Data Centre professional looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work for an industry Leader who takes pride in the rapid growth of their employees. We are seeking a dedicated Data Centre Shift Leader to join a dynamic team on a flagship contract win in Harlow. In this role, you will oversee a two-man shift team, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence in our state-of-the-art facility Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a two-person shift team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * Oversee daily operations within the data centre, ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed. * Monitor and maintain critical systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues as they arise. * Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, particularly in high voltage (HV) environments. * Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: * Proven experience in a Critical environment – ideally a Data Centre * Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with high voltage (HV) systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and team management skills.
