Do you want to work for an industry Leader who takes pride in the rapid growth of their employees. We are seeking a dedicated Data Centre Shift Leader to join a dynamic team on a flagship contract win in Harlow. In this role, you will oversee a two-man shift team, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence in our state-of-the-art facility Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a two-person shift team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * Oversee daily operations within the data centre, ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed. * Monitor and maintain critical systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues as they arise. * Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, particularly in high voltage (HV) environments. * Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: * Proven experience in a Critical environment – ideally a Data Centre * Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with high voltage (HV) systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and team management skills.
