Join an established building services provider delivering HVAC maintenance and project works across high-end residential properties, commercial offices, and educational sites.
This is a mobile position covering mainly South London and Surrey, offering a good balance of planned maintenance, installation work, and small projects.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Installation works and involvement in small to medium-sized project works.
- Fault finding, repairs, and servicing of AC equipment across multiple site types.
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with F-Gas regulations, health & safety, and company standards.
- Providing a professional service while working independently across a mobile portfolio.
- Participating in a call-out rota when required.
What’s On Offer:
- Salary: £45,000 per annum.
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
- Company Van & Fuel Card: Fully provided.
- Overtime: Available for additional earning potential.
- Call-Out Rota: To be confirmed, likely 1 in 4 or 1 in 5.
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

- Proven experience as a Mobile AC or HVAC Engineer.
- F-Gas qualified (Category 1).
