We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Engineer / Supervisor to oversee a team of 6 engineers on a prestigious static site in SW1A. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong electrical professional who enjoys leadership, client interaction, and developing engineering talent.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high engineering standards, supporting team development, and ensuring excellent service delivery across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of 6 engineers
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication on site
  • Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Support engineers with technical guidance, mentoring, and development
  • Manage compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements

Requirements
  • Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supervising engineering teams
  • Strong technical knowledge within building services / facilities maintenance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Professional and presentable approach
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
