We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Engineer / Supervisor to oversee a team of 6 engineers on a prestigious static site in SW1A. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong electrical professional who enjoys leadership, client interaction, and developing engineering talent.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high engineering standards, supporting team development, and ensuring excellent service delivery across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and support a team of 6 engineers
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication on site
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Support engineers with technical guidance, mentoring, and development
- Manage compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Promote a positive team culture focused on performance and continuous improvement
- Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supervising engineering teams
- Strong technical knowledge within building services / facilities maintenance
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Professional and presentable approach
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Salary circa £49,000
- Stable Monday–Friday working pattern
