This role is based within a large, high-profile commercial environment, working as part of a well-established engineering team responsible for maintaining a complex and busy building. The Role

  • Leading a shift team delivering maintenance across M&E systems.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Supporting electrical and mechanical systems across the site.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
  • Working closely with the Shift Manager, engineers and wider site team.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and technical support on shift.

The Team

  • Large on-site engineering team (up to 27 engineers).
  • Shift team of 6 including Shift Manager, engineers and support staff.

Package

  • £55,000 basic salary
  • 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days and nights)
  • 23 shift days annual leave
  • Overtime available at x1.75
  • 6%-8% pension contribution

Requirements

  • Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
  • Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.
