About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a leading building maintenance provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Berkshire and Hampshire. This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across multiple commercial properties, working independently while delivering a high standard of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings.
- Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency call-outs within the region.
- Fault-finding, repairs, and replacement of plumbing systems including pipework, valves, sanitary ware, and hot & cold water systems.
- Work on commercial plant such as booster sets, calorifiers, pumps, and basic drainage systems (where applicable).
- Complete maintenance documentation and ensure accurate site records are maintained.
- Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise professionally with clients, site contacts, and management teams.
About You
- Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Proven experience within a mobile or commercial plumbing maintenance environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
