We are currently looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Commercial Plumber to join a growing and well-established building services company covering prestigious commercial properties across Westminster and Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a plumber with a strong commercial maintenance background who is looking for long-term stability, ongoing training, and progression into senior-level positions.
The Role
As a Foot Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings within Zones 1 & 2. Duties will include:
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Reactive fault finding and first-time fixes
- TMV servicing and maintenance
- Pipework repairs and replacements
- Pumps, valves, taps, toilets and drainage works
- Working on commercial plant room systems
- PPMs and compliance checks
- Liaising with clients and building managers professionally
Requirements
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent
- Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Stable work history within FM/building services preferred
