We are seeking a Foot-Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London. This is a client-facing, hands-on role covering both electrical and mechanical building services maintenance on a planned and reactive basis. The role is ideally suited to an engineer who is comfortable working across multiple sites within close proximity.
Location: Central London (Oxford Circus, Marylebone etc)
Salary: up to Β£46,500.00 (+overtime)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Carry out fault finding, repairs, and minor works on lighting, power, plant, and associated mechanical systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance issues across multiple sites within the West London area.
- Support planned works, inspections, and compliance-related tasks as required.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

- Qualified Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience.
