About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple contracts across London and the surrounding areas. This is a senior role with full responsibility for operational delivery, client management, and commercial performance.
You will manage site teams and subcontractors while ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple contracts from mobilisation through to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and commercial targets
- Manage budgets, forecasting, variations, and cost control
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support recruitment, performance management, and team development
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project role
- Background in construction, facilities management, or building services
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Experience managing multiple sites or contracts
- Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
