We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our growing engineering team working across a prestigious commercial site portfolio within the City of London. The Role
As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across commercial properties.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Fault finding and repairing plumbing systems
- Maintenance of toilets, taps, pipework, valves, pumps, and drainage systems
- Minor installation works
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
- Liaising with clients and site teams professionally
Requirements:
- Level 2 Plumbing Qualification minimum (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)
- Previous experience within commercial maintenance preferred
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package & Benefits:
- £34,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday working hours – 8am to 5pm
