We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. This is a stable, Monday–Friday position with no shift work, ideal for someone with strong all-round building fabric experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general building fabric maintenance and repairs
- Basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing works
- Door, lock, ceiling, and flooring repairs
- Supporting other engineering disciplines on-site as required
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
