We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Day Shift Leader to join a prestigious corporate head office site in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader looking for stability, progression, and a high-quality working environment.

- 07:00 – 18:00
- 11-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of on-site engineers
- Deliver and oversee toolbox talks
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate PPM and reactive maintenance
- Supervise and manage sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety standards
- Maintain accurate PPM records
- Electrical maintenance on:
- AHUs & FCUs
- Fire alarm systems
- Emergency lighting
The Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified electrically (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of building services within a corporate/commercial environment
- Confident managing engineers and sub-contractors
- Well-organised with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working days only on a 4 on 4 off pattern
