About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join my client’s team on a 24/7 shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Carshalton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
- Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
- Monitor BMS
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems
