We are looking to bring in an experienced Lead Engineer or Engineering Supervisor who is looking to take a step into management for a key client of ours based in Central London.

Location: Central London

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000

Key Duties:

  • Resource planning & allocation
  • Workload managing
  • Analysis of performance & efficiency
  • Communication & collaboration
  • Forecasting and budgeting

As you take up these key duties, you will still be acting as an Engineer on the tools, but also have the actions of a Manager. This role requires the individual to have a Level 3 Electrical Installations Qualification/Certificate; it can be either City & Guilds, NVQ or a HND.
