We are looking for a Fabric Supervisor to join our facilities maintenance team in a busy healthcare environment in Cambridge. You will supervise and manage all aspects of building fabric works, ensuring the hospital's facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise building fabric and structural maintenance across healthcare sites
- Manage day-to-day team activities, scheduling, and escalations (1 in 5)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Support planned and reactive works within commercial maintenance frameworks
- Competitive salary including AP appointment
- Standard 8 to 5 hours, Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday per year
- Escalation manager rota (1 in 5)
- Company van provided
- Overtime available on quoted works
- Proven experience in building fabric maintenance and team supervision
- Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within healthcare
