Location: Cambridge. Salary: Β£45,000 per annum (includes AP appointment). Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Holidays: 25 days per year.

We are looking for a Fabric Supervisor to join our facilities maintenance team in a busy healthcare environment in Cambridge. You will supervise and manage all aspects of building fabric works, ensuring the hospital's facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise building fabric and structural maintenance across healthcare sites
  • Manage day-to-day team activities, scheduling, and escalations (1 in 5)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Support planned and reactive works within commercial maintenance frameworks
