A World Leading Service Provider who operates on an International scale is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator based in the Warrington area on a Temporary contract working in a large corporate office site.
The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and have good experience working within facilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management team and ensuring that all site facilities are running smoothly, ensuring high standards across the site at all times.
- Responsible for opening the site each morning and completing a check of the workspaces ready for the day ahead.
- Coordinating and managing site cleaning contracts, including external maintenance (electrical charging points, meeting areas).
- Responsible for ensuring the office meets required standards and liaising with suppliers and visitors where necessary.
- Ensuring the office is maintained, damages are reported and arranging repair works to be completed.
- Taking ownership and ensuring that all shared spaces are maintained, always cleaned and ready for use, including meeting rooms, staff break out areas and reception.
- Checking facilities related stock (e.g. hand sanitiser, antibacterial handwash, cleaning products, tea and coffee etc. as needed).
- Having an understanding and appreciation of health and safety regulations, and the ability to apply these practically and effectively.
- Providing administrative support to the department, as required.
- Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by the Client.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience as a facilities coordinator.
- Excellent written and spoken communications.
- Professional appearance and polite courteous manner.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work pro-actively, independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborative working spirit that builds effective working relationships.
- The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workloads.
