Join my client who are a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing a critical building in Chelmsford! About the Role: You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a large commercial site. Your duties will include: * Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building. * Working with electrical systems and supporting mechanical duties. * Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment. * Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
