Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm
Location: Bolton

The role involves covering all electrical building maintenance, which may include:
- Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHUs, pumps, FCUs, VAVs, VRVs, splits, and general air conditioning.
- Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three-phase power, motors.
Qualifications Required:
- City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum.
- 18th Edition.
