We’re partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a dependable Fabric Technician for a busy, well‑maintained healthcare site in Basingstoke. The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring the building remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. This is a varied position suited to someone with a broad skill set and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance
  • Basic electrical tasks (lamp changes, minor repairs, fault finding)
