A leading global real estate advisory firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Commercial Valuation team in London. This role is ideal for a commercially astute valuation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take a leading role in delivering complex valuation assignments across institutional clients, REITs, and fund reporting mandates. Responsibilities:- Deliver and manage valuation assignments for commercial properties, primarily for fund reporting and financial accounting.
- Oversee and review work produced by junior surveyors and support staff, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.
- Act as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare detailed reports, valuations, commentary on market changes, and data schedules.
- Carry out DCF modelling, comparable analysis, and sensitivity testing using software such as Argus Enterprise and Excel.
- Conduct inspections and supervise others conducting on-site valuations.
- Liaise with internal compliance teams for conflict checks and reporting procedures.
- Work closely with the business development and client teams to support pitch and proposal submissions (RFPs).
- Play an active role in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Lead or contribute to internal innovation projects and reporting process improvements.

- Ensure regulatory and quality risk management (QRM) compliance across all client work.
