This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent classroom practitioner with the passion and drive to make a significant contribution to the leadership of Mathematics. Working closely with the Head of Mathematics, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the strategic development of the department, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning, and securing excellent outcomes for all students.

- Demonstrate the leadership skills needed to contribute to departmental improvement and curriculum development.
- Maintain high expectations for student achievement, behaviour and attendance.
- Commit to professional development and continuous improvement.
- Work alongside the Head of Mathematics to support the day‑to‑day leadership of the department, monitor student progress, develop teaching and learning, and contribute to the continued success of the faculty.
