Responsibilities
- Teach English to secondary students, improving outcomes and raising aspirations through effective classroom practice.
- Engage daily with children in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Possibly lead the school’s Reading and Literacy programme, supported by a Teaching and Learning Responsibility allowance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified secondary teacher with relevant experience.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check, including the Children’s Barred List, identity checks, online checks, verification of professional qualifications and references.
- Compliance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 exemptions and DBS filtering guidance.
Salary & Benefits
