The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress.
Responsibilities
- To oversee the quality assurance of the school's Reflection provision
- To develop, monitor, review and oversee the school's Reflection curriculum
- To seek out and develop alternative provision curriculum opportunities
- To identify, monitor and support those students at risk of exclusion
- To plan and develop KS3/4 schemes of learning alongside subject teachers
- To oversee the school's Reflection provision
