Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of Lettings and undertake general maintenance tasks on the school site.
  • Collaborate with the Site Team to ensure smooth operation of Lettings services.
  • Cover other site staff during absences and holidays; flexibility to work during the school day on occasions may be required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Understanding of sports, leisure/recreation and the associated user groups.
  • Polite, friendly, professional, respectful, and flexible approach to work with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliability, punctuality, excellent attendance, and flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Enthusiasm for promoting Health & Safety standards and cleanliness within the grounds of the letting facilities and school site.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job tasks.
  • Adherence to safe working practices.
  • Team player, personable, emotionally intelligent with a sense of humour.
  • Previous experience working in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential.
