We are looking for a friendly, outgoing care assistant who will be able to provide the important support that our client requires. Our client lives with Autism & Diabetes and also has a learning disability. She can also suffer from anxiety and requires support from her care team to help her with her daily life. She is currently undertaking a 3-year residential education programme at a specialist Riding Therapy setting in Christchurch.
Full client specific training will be provided by our brilliant nursing team. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support. Driving is essential for this role due to remote location.
Your Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a care assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience working with Diabetes and/or Autism/Learning Disabilities would be beneficial. We also look for:
