Invictus Complex Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant professionals to join our nurse-led team supporting a client living in their own home in the Swindon area. This is a waking night opportunity for an experienced Night Care Assistant who is confident supporting individuals with complex health needs and who can remain calm, attentive, and responsive throughout the night.
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be providing support for a non-verbal client with a range of clinical needs, including sleep apnoea requiring overnight CPAP support, epilepsy, and hypertonia. The role is part of a double-up package due to hoisting requirements, meaning you will always work alongside another member of the care team.
The successful Care Assistant will support with evening routines, including personal care, medication support, positioning, and preparing the client for bed. Throughout the night, you will closely monitor the client’s wellbeing and oxygen saturation levels, as these can occasionally drop to very low levels and may require repositioning or emergency intervention. In the morning, the Care Assistant will also support the client to get up, complete personal care, and prepare for the day ahead.
We are looking for a Care Assistant who is caring, observant, and able to follow clinical guidance confidently. Experience within complex care is preferred, although full training and ongoing clinical support will be provided by our dedicated Nurse Manager and wider clinical team.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or within healthcare

- Due to the location, candidates must be able to drive with own car
- Must have full permissions to work in the UK without any restrictions
