Invicta Law is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor to join our Employment, Privacy, and Governance team on a 12-month Fixed-Term contract (Maternity cover). This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing top-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including Kent County Council, schools, academies, and external clients.
As a Solicitor in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services, including:
- Providing advice on complex employment law issues
- Acting for Respondents in relation to a range of Employment Tribunal claims
- Managing a caseload of cases
You will also work closely with our Head of Group and colleagues within the team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
