Main Duties
We are seeking a compassionate GP who thrives in a team environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and shares knowledge. Job Responsibilities
Work with surgery staff and Invicta Health administration to provide the highest standards of care, coordinate care delivery, support team members to achieve QOF and Enhanced Services targets, and prescribe according to evidence‑based guidelines.
Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
- Registered General Practitioner on the UK General Practitioner Register
- Currently on a performers list and not suspended from that list or the medical register
- Qualified with a completion certificate of training (CCT)
- Possess a Vocational Training certificate or equivalent
Experience (Essential)
- GP or locum experience in general practice
- Understanding of modern primary care delivery, including urgent care and community settings
- Knowledge of NHS clinical environment
- Capability to manage common medical, surgical, and psychiatric emergencies
- Ability to make appropriate referrals for further management
