Key responsibilities
- Support the International Sales team in managing client relationships across EMEA and APAC, including building contact lists and sourcing new opportunities.
- Assist with client servicing and enquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activity using internal systems.
- Act as a key link between Sales and internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Investment Specialists) to support sales initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of sales materials and client communications.
- Support the planning and delivery of client events, including invitations, logistics, and follow-up.
- Build strong working relationships internally and contribute to team meetings and sales activity.
- Develop knowledge of AAM products and investment markets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adopt a client-first approach in all activities.
