Your opportunity
This is a 12-month graduate Programme from September 2026 focusing on first-hand experience in the regulatory change team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on-the-job learning, skills training and networking. Successful graduates will be considered for full-time positions at the end of the Programme.
The Programme is designed to provide you with an in-depth insight into how change is identified and managed within an asset management business, and exposure to the various functions within an asset manager that are impacted by those changes.
Over the 12-month period, you will:
- Aid in delivering a superior level of client experience within the EMEA & LatAm Client Group distribution channels.
- Assist with client servicing i.e. report delivery, marketing sends and managing legal agreement workflow.
- Gain a working understanding of the UK and EU asset management eco-system.
- Collaborate with all internal support functions and coordinate efforts.
- Assist Sales and Client Service Management with ad-hoc tasks.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

- Candidate should be proactive, taking pride in their output and have an eye for accuracy and layout.

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
