Location: London
Job Purpose: Support the Fund Management and Hotel Investment Management team on both day to day operations of a ~€1bn open ended Hotel Fund, as well as transactional and investment management activities.
Start Date: September 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fund Management team on day to day operations of the European Hotel Fund mandate
- Work with Investment Management on hotel transactions – both buy and sell
- Support ongoing investment management initiatives and capex projects
- Support delivery of internal and external reporting
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:
Personal Attributes Required: Willing attitude, diligence and numeracy.
Experience: No experience necessary, but an interest in investment management and a good level of numeracy required.
Knowledge: No specific knowledge requirements, but knowledge of real estate investment helpful.
Salary: £26,500 per annum
