Your opportunity: This is a 12-month graduate programme with a start date from September 2026 focusing on gaining first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills training and networking.
Responsibilities: You will be part of Talent Management and Early Careers team to:
- Support the communication and implementation of Janus Henderson’s global learning and talent strategies and plans
- Help manage the Learning and Talent Development and Early Careers team inbox and respond to employee and candidate inquiries and requests around our processes and policies
- Assist the Learning Advisor in managing our training calendars and records
- Support the Global Early Careers Manager in attraction campaign, campus events, selection process and programme delivery
- Book rooms for all trainings and events in advance and ensure they are properly set up
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must-have skills:
- You must have graduated from an Undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 or be graduating in 2026 and be available to start full time work from September 2026
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work and succeed within a collaborative team
- Experience in managing training/event logistics and records

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
