We’re looking for university students who are thoughtful and open to learning. You don’t need a finance background, but you should be motivated to grow and ready to make a positive impact.

What you’ll experience

Over 9 months you will provide administrative and project-based work, supporting our client facing teams. You will have an opportunity to understand how we support our clients, and how things operate behind the scenes. You will provide comprehensive administrative and client life cycle processing support to ensure effective and efficient operations of their local investment management team and the wider business to deliver an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities could include

  • Undertake client administration processes in an efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of client queries, referring any investment related queries to team members.
  • Communicate with clients as required, giving accurate and up to date information whilst working within Information Giving limitations.
  • Manage mass mailing communication processes, ensuring that correspondence data is updated as required.
  • Create and amend presentations or literature for client meetings.
  • Maintain team diaries, arranging meetings and organising travel.
  • Take meeting minutes as required.
  • Manage and file correspondence and records in a timely manner ensuring that all client correspondence is saved, filed and archived accordingly to client files.
  • Support and deliver on project work as required.

You will join as part of the Investment20/20 programme. You will have opportunities to meet and network with trainees across the industry, as well as participate in insight, training and social events.

  • On track for a 2:1 degree in your undergraduate degree in any subject.

  • A collaborative mindset and respect for others.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get involved.
  • Strong IT literacy, including an interest in automation and AI.
