Schroders’ two-year apprenticeship programmes give school and college leavers a hands‑on introduction to investment management and the opportunity to develop key skills, gain professional qualifications and build an industry network. We have a wide range of opportunities across our business.

Investment20/20

You will join as an apprentice as part of the Investment20/20 programme . You will have opportunities to meet and network with apprentices across the industry, as well as participate in technical skills training, socials and insight events.

The Team

We are looking for Marketing Apprentices to support the work of our teams across the Marketing Division. You will be placed in one of our specialist Marketing teams, the details of which will be shared in the next stage of the application process.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
  • Work on campaigns across various regions and platforms.
  • Support the global rollout of assets and messaging across countries and languages.
  • Utilise marketing tactics, including content production, website management, advertising, email promotions, and events.
  • Use marketing communication tools to deliver relevant content and enhance brand awareness.
  • Identify key trends and topics to improve communications.
  • Coordinate and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
  • Define processes and efficiencies through data‑driven insights.
  • Assist in coordinating, reviewing, and compiling research results.

Who we’re looking for

  • Are living in England and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years prior to the apprenticeship start date
  • Will be aged 18 or over by 7 September 2026
  • Are a recent school or college leaver (A-levels, BTECs or equivalent), or are unsure whether university is the right path for you
  • Are not enrolled in another government‑funded apprenticeship or further education programme when you start with us
  • Are ambitious and enthusiastic, eager to learn about the industry
  • Flexible with a keen eye for detail and good IT skills.
  • Natural flair for developing relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications required:

  • A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS points required.
  • Level 2 in both English and Maths (GCSE grade 9-4 or equivalent) for those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship.

Skills that will help:

  • Flexible approach and willingness to engage in various tasks and projects.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Numerate with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service is beneficial.
