Investment20/20 Trainee Programme
Our Programme will help you to gain industry knowledge working in one business area. During your time with us, you will gain experience and develop relationships enabling you to progress your career. Over 3,000 people have started their career via the Investment20/20 Programme since its inception in 2013. As part of the industry-wide Investment20/20 trainee programme, you have the opportunity to participate in learning and development events running throughout the 12 months and get tomeet and socialise with over 300 trainees from other firms.
You will also have the opportunity to take part in Investment20/20’s Investment Ambassador programme, delivering presentations to school, colleges or universities, talking about your career journey so far and the opportunities our industry has to offer.
The Analyst Programme
The Analyst Programmewill begin in August 2026
Applications are now open and are set to close around the end of November though they could close earlier depending on the number of applications we receive. We aim to have the recruitment process completed by the end of January.
