Our client, a leading fund management firm, is looking for a Swedish speaking associate to join its prestigious investment team. The firm manages a concentrated, long-only global equities strategy and has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional long-term returns through rigorous, fundamental analysis and independent thinking.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded equity analyst with 3–6 years’ experience to join a high-performance team with a long-term view. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and articulate high-conviction investment ideas across global public markets.
  • Conduct in-depth fundamental research and financial analysis, including direct engagement with company management and industry participants.
  • Contribute meaningfully to investment debates and portfolio construction discussions.
  • Participate in on-site diligence and global research travel as required.

Candidate Profile
  • 3–6 years’ experience in public equity investing, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong global perspective and demonstrated ability to think independently and analytically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – capable of building and defending a differentiated thesis.
  • Intellectual curiosity, long-term commercial ambition, and a clear interest in building a career in fundamental public markets investing.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
