As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter (typically 6 months to 5 years’ experience) to join the firm as a research consultant. This role is designed for someone who wants to deepen their exposure to executive search, develop genuine market expertise, and work closely with senior clients and candidates across global private markets. The position sits at the core of our search and advisory work. • Developing an informed understanding of private markets performance, fund structures, and hiring trends

  • Communication skills: confident, credible, and comfortable engaging with senior professionals
  • Interest in boutique search: motivated by working in a small, specialist firm with high exposure and responsibility
