We are working with a growing private markets advisory platform looking to make a senior hire within its secondaries business.
This is a highly client-facing role with responsibility across origination, transaction execution, and the continued growth of the platform. The successful individual will work closely with GPs and secondaries investors to originate and execute transactions, with a particular focus on GP-led private equity secondaries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Originating GP-led secondaries opportunities and developing senior relationships across the market
- Leading transactions end-to-end, acting as the primary client contact throughout the process
- Advising on transaction structuring, pricing, investor positioning, and governance
- Managing investor engagement and coordinating with legal, tax, and other counterparties through execution
- Identifying liquidity and capital solutions for clients
- Contributing to the continued growth of the secondaries offering
We are looking for:
- Typically 7–12+ years of experience within secondaries advisory, brokerage, or investment banking
- Strong experience across GP-led private equity secondaries, including continuation vehicles
- Ideally, previous experience within a brokerage environment
- A demonstrable track record of originating and executing transactions
- An established network across GPs and secondaries investors
- Strong commercial judgement and senior client relationship management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping scale a growing platform
