We are seeking an Executive Assistant to senior investment team members. This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a world‐class investment team in a high‐performance environment that prizes initiative, judgment, and outcomes over process.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Support a senior portfolio manager and a team of 4, and work with the Responsible Investing team.
- Provide ad‐hoc administrative support to the Quant and Data teams.
- Diary management, travel arrangements, and prioritising ad‐hoc priorities to enable senior leaders to focus on what matters most.
- Source and organise investment research – reports, company‐management interactions, broker events, proxy voting and maintain data.
- Coordinate essential administration across multiple teams: scheduling meetings, travel, expense management and conference registration.
- Cover for other administrators and provide occasional support for the wider office.
- Assist with side‐tasks such as event planning, office services or other internal projects.
