The Investment Manager will have a background in food and Agtech and will play a pivotal role within a dynamic and well-established investment team. The position offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle, from due diligence and execution to portfolio company support and eventual exit.
- Conduct rigorous due diligence on potential investments, including market sizing, competitor analysis, and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation.
